I love getting your responses! You are SO detailed and thorough. You have no idea how much we appreciate your messages. We really don’t like being in a position where we don’t know much and can’t do much (especially after our recent experience), but you do help ease that with your communication!

I actually found this posted on Craigslist by one of our tenants....

"We are not subleasing, the property management company asked us to find a couple renters if we wanted to get out of the lease early so you would be entering into your own lease with Turn-Key properties. They have been very good to us and are quick to respond whenever you have a problem. We have nothing but good things to say about them."

They wanted to vacate a home early due personal circumstances and were trying to find someone to take over the lease.
